Busy working family from South London was looking for simple Garden Design to there outdoor space. The garden was left overgrown and untouched by the old owner of the house. The new owners were looking for new summer house and additional sitting area. Also to refresh the look of the garden and making maintenance to minimum.
What we did
After consultation with the customer our recommendation of materials, Design Ideas and the quotation for complete garden construction the customer was happy to build the garden with proposed options.
When we clear completely and level the garden the first job we did was new base laying for Summer House. After few days New Summer House was delivered and installed.
We painted the fence around the garden in slate grey colour to bring it back to life.
Rendered sitting sofa and planter were build from concrete blocks and bricks. After rendering jobs all was painted in white with masonry paint. The build in sofa was done to a measurement that was supplied by the outdoor cushions supplier.
Before the painting jobs we have laid new Porcelain Patio kandla grey from London Stone Company. The patio was finished with black pointing. When all building jobs were completed we have prepared the garden for Artificial Lawn 38mm that was installed after final painting jobs and pointing of the patio. We have supplied compost and topsoil for new planter. Customer decided to plant the rendered bed by themselves with our plant recommendations.
When all jobs were completed we have set up new barbecue next to the siting area. The customers were very pleased with the final look of the garden and we are happy to make another customer happy with our job.
